Another Hendrick’s Sgroppino: When gin meets ice cream
Hendrick’s Gin and Eisladen combine craft spirits with artisanal ice cream – for a signature serve that redefines the aperitivo moment.
Another Hendrick’s Sgroppino
The Another Hendrick’s Sgroppino is a delicious paradox in a glass: velvety and indulgent, yet light and refreshing. This elegant, modern interpretation of the Venetian classic combines flavours and textures into a playful summer drink – perfect as an interlude or to round off a convivial evening.
Ingredients:
- 3.5 cl Another Hendrick’s Gin
- 35 g sorbet (whipped until creamy)
- 5 cl Prosecco
- 1 slice of cucumber & 1 orange zest
- Optional: double cream
Preparation: Place Another Hendrick’s, sorbet, double cream (to taste) and 2.5 cl Prosecco into a mixing glass. Stir the ingredients until the sorbet is fully incorporated. Strain into a pre-chilled Nick & Nora glass and top up with the remaining 2.5 cl of Prosecco. Serve chilled – never shake. Garnish with a slice of cucumber.
The partnership with Eisladen Zurich
For this collaboration, we have teamed up with Eisladen – the Zurich-based start-up that has been causing a stir for the past four years with its creative, experimental ice cream flavours. This modern, urban hotspot in Zurich’s Wiedikon district combines ice cream, drinks and music into a unique experience. Ever since Zendaya visited the shop on two consecutive days, Eisladen has become famous far beyond the city limits.

- Permanent listing at Eisladen: Another Hendrick’s Sgroppino is now permanently available at Eisladen in Zurich Wiedikon – including as a takeaway.
- Zurich Bar Show (12–13 April 2026): Joint Sgroppino workshop with Eisladen. Bartenders created their own recipe variations using different sorbets.
- Bartender Workshop St. Gallen (11 May 2026): Continuation of the successful workshop concept with a masterclass on the theme of Sgroppino.
Another Hendrick’s Sgroppino x Eisladen Zurich marks the start of a collaboration that combines craftsmanship, creativity and a culture of indulgence – and redefines the aperitivo moment.
