Jean-Claude Mas's objective was simple: he wanted to make wine from the best crus in Languedoc that were a perfect complement to the creative cuisine in his restaurant. Domaine Laroche is closely linked with the history of Chablis. The winery owns 90 hectares of vines in the best locations in Chablis.
