Espresso Martini (with whisky)

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Monkey Shoulder whisky
  • 3 cl high-quality espresso
  • splash of sugar syrup
  • 3 coffee beans

Preparation

Pour the Monkey Shoulder whisky, espresso and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Fluère Old Fashioned

Gentleman’s Mule

  • 6 cl Gentleman Jack
  • ginger beer

  • 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • 5 cl Glenglassaugh Sandend
  • 10 cl Mediterranean Tonic
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • fresh sprigs of rosemary and thyme

Jack & Coke

  • 4 cl Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey

Fill the highball glass 2/4 full with ice cubes, add Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and top up with Coca-Cola. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Jack Apple Smash

  • 4 cl Jack Daniel's
  • lemon juice
  • sugar syrup
  • crushed ice

Preparation

Fill 1/2 cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add all ingredients and shake for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a glass filled 2/3 full with crushed ice and garnish with mint.

  • 6 cl Woodford Reserve Derby Edition
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • enough fresh mint leaves

  • some powdered sugar

Place the mint in a glass and press lightly to release the essential oils, add the bourbon and crushed ice and stir well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a little powdered sugar.

Portsoy to Manhattan

  • 3 cl Glenglassaugh Portsoy

  • 1 cl PX sherry
  • 2 dashes of chocolate bitters

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice and mix. Strain into a tumbler and smock the glass.

Red Sails at Sunset

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cl Glenglassaugh Portsoy
  • 2.5 cl red port wine
  • 1 cl PX sherry
  • 3.5 cl lemon juice
  • soda water

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a highball filled with ice, top up with soda and more ice.

Sandend Sunrise

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Glenglassaugh Sandend
  • 1 cl grenadine syrup
  • 4 cl coconut water
  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • mineral water

Preparation

Fill the highball glass with ice cubes, add the grenadine syrup, Glenglassaugh Sandend, pineapple juice and coconut water to the glass one after the other and stir gently, then top up with a little mineral water.

Sea mail

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cl Glenglassaugh Sandend
  • 1.5 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl mango syrup
  • mineral water

Preparation

Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a flute, top up with mineral water.

Smoky Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cl Glenglassaugh Portsoy
  • 10 cl tomato juice
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • bar spoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper, celery, basil, lemon wedge

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir briefly. Run the lemon around the rim of the highball glass and sprinkle with the black pepper. Strain the drink into a glass and garnish with celery, basil and lemon wedge.

The Macallan Copa

  • 1 cl fresh lime juice

Preparation

Pour all ingredients except Spanish cava into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Copa glass filled with ice, top up with Cava and garnish with a slice of lemon.

The Sour

  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl brown sugar syrup

Preparation

Pour all ingredients except sherry into a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a tumbler glass over ice. Using a bar spoon, slowly layer the sherry over the cocktail.
