Amaretto Sour

  • 5 cl Disaronno Originale
  • 2.5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 0.5 cl sugar syrup
  • egg white (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients with ice. Garnish with a slice of lemon.

Beluga 1900

Brand

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Beluga Noble Vodka
  • 3 cl Ruby port wine
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 2.5 cl lemon juice
  • orange zest

Preparation

Shake Beluga Noble, sugar syrup, lemon juice and ice in a shaker and strain into a tumbler filled 1/3 full with ice. Carefully pour in the Ruby Port using a bar spoon and garnish with an orange zest.

Beluga Collins

  • 5 cl Beluga Noble Vodka
  • 2 cl elderflower syrup
  • lemon juice
  • soda water
  • rosemary sprig

Preparation

Pour the Beluga Noble, elderberry syrup and lemon juice into a highball glass. Add ice cubes. Top up with soda and stir. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.

Beluga Gold Line Martini

  • 3 cl dry sherry
  • 1.5 cl Maraschino liqueur

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients in a shaker and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lemon zest.

Boulevardier (Tennessee)

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Jack Daniel's Bonded Whiskey
  • 3 cl Carpano Rosso Vermouth
  • 3 cl Carpano Botanic Bitter
  • orange zest

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir well until the ingredients are chilled, strain into a tumbler glass over fresh ice, garnish with orange zest.

Brugal 1888 Royale

Brand

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Brugal 1888
  • 0.5 cl sugar syrup
  • splash of dry champagne

Preparation

Stir the Brugal 1888 and sugar briefly. Strain through a sieve. Add a large ice cube and top with a splash of champagne.

Caipirinha

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Pitú do Brasil Cachaça
  • 1-2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • crushed ice
  • 1 lime

Preparation

Cut the lime into eighths, add cane sugar and crush the fruit pieces in the glass with a pestle. Now add crushed ice to the glass and pour in the Pitú. Serve with two straws.

Capri Tonic

Galliano Hot Shot

  • 2 cl freshly brewed coffee
  • 1 cl whipped cream

Preparation

Pour the Galliano Vanilla into a shot glass, carefully pour the coffee over a bar spoon and top with whipped cream to create three different layers.

Gentleman’s Sour

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Gentleman Jack
  • 3 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 egg white (optional)
  • 1 cocktail cherry

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake long and hard to create a good foam. Strain into a tumbler glass over fresh ice and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Gin Basil Smash

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Hendrick's Gin
  • 2.5 cl lemon juice
  • 1.25 cl sugar syrup
  • 8 basil leaves

Preparation

Gently muddle the basil at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously over ice. Strain into a glass with ice cubes.

Gin Basil Smash

Gin Mare Tonic

  • 5 cl Gin Mare
  • approx. 15-20 cl tonic water (tip: Fentimans Connoisseurs Tonic Water)
  • orange zest and rosemary sprig

Preparation

Pour the ingredients into the glass on ice and stir a little, garnish with orange zest and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

Hanky Panky

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cl Antica Formula
  • 3.5 cl Hendrick's Gin
  • 5 drops of Fernet-Branca
  • orange zest

Preparation

Pour the ice into a mixing glass and add all the ingredients. Stir until the cocktail has cooled sufficiently. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with an orange zest.

Hendrick’s Gin & Tonic

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Hendrick's Gin
  • 15 cl tonic water
  • 3 cucumber slices

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into the glass on ice and stir a little. Garnish with 3 thin slices of cucumber.

Hot Honey

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Jack Daniel's Tennessee Honey
  • apple punch or apple-cinnamon tea
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Preparation

Gently heat the apple punch or apple and cinnamon tea and pour into a cup, top up with 5 cl of Jack Honey, and garnish with a whole cinnamon stick.

Jack & Coke

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey
  • Coca-Cola
  • lime wedge

Preparation

Fill the highball glass 2/4 full with ice cubes, add Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey and top up with Coca-Cola. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Jack Apple Summer Garden

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Jack Daniel's Tennessee Apple
  • Fentimans Rose Lemonade
  • dried rose petals/buds
  • 1 slice of a green apple

Preparation

Pour Jack Apple over ice in a glass and top up with Rose Lemonade. Garnish with edible rose petals or buds and a slice of green apple.

Koskenkorva Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 20 cl Koskenkorva espresso liqueur
  • 1 cl sugar syrup

Preparation

Pour the Koskenkorva espresso and sugar syrup into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously until a foam forms. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with three espresso beans.

Koskenkorva Espresso Martini – Climatetini

Ingredients

  • 2 cl Koskenkorva Vodka Original
  • 2 cl coffee liqueur
  • 1 cl brown sugar syrup

Preparation

Measure the ingredients into a shaker and shake vigorously. Strain through a fine sieve into a cocktail glass and serve.

Koskenkorva Ginger Sour

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Koskenkorva Ginger
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • ginger ale
  • 1 egg white (optional)

Preparation

Measure out the Koskenkorva ginger, lemon juice, sugar syrup and optional egg white and pour into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Top up with ginger ale and garnishwith lemon zest.

Koskenkorva Shrub me right – Zero Waste Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Koskenkorva Climate Action Vodka
  • 4 cl raspberry shrub
  • Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • shot of Angostura Bitters
  • shot of absinthe
  • raspberry fruit leather

Preparation

Fill a glass with ice and add the measured ingredients. Top up with ginger beer, stir and garnish with raspberry fruit leather.

Limoncello Spritz

  • 3 cl Villa Massa Limoncello
  • 9 cl prosecco
  • 3 cl soda water
  • lemon slice
  • 2 basil leaves

Preparation

Place 3 – 4 ice cubes in a shot glass, add Villa Massa Limoncello, prosecco, water, lemon slice and basil, stir.

Manhattan Original

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • 3 cl Antica Formula
  • 3 drops of Fernet-Branca
  • cherry

Preparation

Pour the bourbon, Antica Formula, Fernet-Branca and ice cubes into a shaker and shake. Then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

 

Margarita Azul

  • 3 cl Bols Blue Curacao
  • 4 cl Tequila Blanco
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • slice of lime

Preparation

Shake all ingredients in a shaker and pour into a Martini glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

Moscow Mule

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Koskenkorva Vodka Original
  • 10 cl Fentimans Ginger Beer
  • lime juice
  • lime wedge

Preparation

Measure the vodka into a glass with ice. Top up with ginger beer. Squeeze 1 lime into the glass, stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

Old Cuban

  • 4,5 cl Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva Rum
  • 2 cl lime juice
  • 3 cl sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • 6 cl dry sparkling wine
  • fresh mint leaf

Shake all ingredients except for the sparkling wine well over ice, double strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass and strain. Top up with sparkling wine and garnish with the mint leaves.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon
  • 0.5 cl sugar syrup
  • 2 dashes of The Bitter Truth Aromatic Bitters
  • orange zest

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass over ice and stir well for a long time. Strain into a tumbler glass and garnish with an orange slice.

Old Fashioned Twist (with rum)

  • 3 cl Carpano Dry Vermouth
  • 3 cl Carpano Botanic Bitter

Fill glass 1/3 full with cube, add Passoã and tonic water and stir.

Porn Star Martini

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Passoã
  • 3 cl vodka
  • 1 cl vanilla syrup
  • 1.5 cl lime juice
  • pulp from a passion fruit
  • prosecco

Preparation

Fill the shaker with ice, add the Passoã, vodka, vanilla syrup, lime juice and passion fruit pulp and shake. Strain through a sieve into a glass and garnish with half a passion fruit. Serve with a shot of Prosecco in a shot glass.

Sandend Sunrise

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Glenglassaugh Sandend
  • 1 cl grenadine syrup
  • 4 cl coconut water
  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • mineral water

Preparation

Fill the highball glass with ice cubes, add the grenadine syrup, Glenglassaugh Sandend, pineapple juice and coconut water to the glass one after the other and stir gently, then top up with a little mineral water.

Sex on the Beach

  • 3 cl Bols Peach
  • 3 cl vodka
  • 1 cl grenadine
  • orange juice
  • orange wedge
  • cherry

Preparation

Pour the Bols Peach, vodka and grenadine into a cocktail shaker and fill it 2/3 full with ice cubes. Shake for about 10 seconds and strain into a highball glass. Top up with orange juice and garnish with an orange wedge and a cherry.

Sgroppino (Gin)

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cl Another Hendrick's Gin
  • 35 g lemon sorbet
  • 5 cl prosecco

Nick & Nora

Preparation

Mix another Hendrick’s, lemon sorbet and half of the prosecco in a mixer, pour into a Nick & Nora cocktail glass and top up with the other half of the prosecco. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and an orange zest. Variation: For more creaminess, add 0.5 cl of cream before mixing.

  • 3.5 cl The Macallan 12 Year Old Double Cask
  • 1.5 cl Oloroso sherry

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a Copa glass filled with ice and garnish with a slice of lemon.

ZOND5 Barrio Margarita

  • 4 cl ZOND5 Mezcal
  • 2 cl fresh lime juice
  • 1.5 cl agave syrup
  • lime zest (garnish)

Coupe or tumbler

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Then strain into a pre-chilled coupe or tumbler glass (with or without fresh ice, depending on how you wish to serve it). Optional: Lightly salt the rim of the glass for a classic margarita variation.
