  • 5 cl Glenglassaugh Sandend
  • 1 cl grenadine syrup
  • 4 cl coconut water
  • 4 cl pineapple juice
  • mineral water

Fill the highball glass with ice cubes, add the grenadine syrup, Glenglassaugh Sandend, pineapple juice and coconut water to the glass one after the other and stir gently, then top up with a little mineral water.

Smoky Bloody Mary

  • 3.5 cl Glenglassaugh Portsoy
  • 10 cl tomato juice
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • bar spoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper, celery, basil, lemon wedge

Moisten the rim of a highball glass with lime juice and dip in salt. Fill the glass completely with ice cubes. Add ZOND5 Mezcal and lime juice to the glass. Carefully top with mandarin soda. Stir gently to combine while preserving the carbonation. Garnish with an edible flower.
