Bloody Mare

  • 6 cl Gin Mare
  • 20 cl tomato juice
  • some Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce from Lea & Perrins
  • a little lemon juice

Preparation

Pour the Gin Mare, tomato juice and a few dashes of Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce with a little lemon juice into a mixing glass over ice. Stir gently and strain into the glass. Garnish classically with a celery stalk.

Diplomático Orange Cocoa experience

  • some unsweetened cocoa powder

Preparation

Cut the orange slice into 4 equal pieces, put a teaspoon of cocoa in a small cup and dip the orange slices in it until the sides are coated with the powder. Garnish the 4 pieces on a platter and serve with a glass of pure Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva.

Preparation

Place the ice cubes in a mixing glass and pour in the ingredients. Stir for about 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a lemon zest or an olive.

Galliano Cheesecake

  • 5 cl Glenglassaugh Sandend
  • 10 cl Mediterranean Tonic
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • fresh sprigs of rosemary and thyme

Jack Apple Smash

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Jack Daniel's
  • lemon juice
  • sugar syrup
  • crushed ice

Preparation

Fill 1/2 cocktail shaker with ice cubes, add all ingredients and shake for 15-20 seconds. Strain into a glass filled 2/3 full with crushed ice and garnish with mint.

Jack Apple Sour

Ingredients

  • 6 cl Jack Daniel's Apple
  • 3 cl fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cl sugar syrup
  • egg white (optional)

Preparation

Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake long and hard to create a good foam. Strain into a tumbler glass over fresh ice and garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Koskenkorva Backyard Smash

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Koskenkorva Blueberry Juniper Vodka
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1.5 cl sugar
  • 4 basil leaves
  • 1 tsp blueberries
  • 1 egg white (optional)

Preparation

Muddle the blueberries with the vodka and lemon juice in a shaker and add the egg white. Shake vigorously with ice and double strain into a small glass.

Koskenkorva Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 20 cl Koskenkorva espresso liqueur
  • 1 cl sugar syrup

Preparation

Pour the Koskenkorva espresso and sugar syrup into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously until a foam forms. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with three espresso beans.

Koskenkorva Remedy

Ingredients

  • 3 cl Koskenkorva Sauna Barrel Vodka
  • 1 cl peated single malt whisky
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl honey syrup
  • Ginger slices

Measure the ingredients into a shaker. Shake vigorously with ice, without ice (dry shake) and pour into a chilled glass. Fill the glass with ice and garnish.

Koskenkorva Village Mar-Tea-Ni

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Koskenkorv Vodka
  • 1 cl lemon juice
  • 2 cl honey syrup
  • 0.5 tsp loose Earl Grey leaves

Ingredients

  • 2.5 cl Glenglassaugh Sandend
  • 1.5 cl ice-cold Manzanilla sherry
  • 1.5 cl broom blossom syrup
  • sparkling wine

Med Aged Negroni

  • 3 cl Carpano Classico Vermouth

Preparation

Infuse Gin Mare in rosemary and orange zest 3 weeks in advance and leave to mature. Then pour the infused gin with the remaining ingredients into a mixing glass on ice and stir. Strain into a tumbler glass and garnish classically with orange zest.

Mediterranean Smash

  • 3 cl lemon juice
  • 2.5 cl sugar syrup
  • basil, rosemary, thyme and a green olive

Place all the ingredients in a shaker over ice and shake vigorously until the herbs are chopped. If you don’t like this, you can make a herbal syrup in advance. Strain into a tumbler glass and garnish with the herbs and olive.

Mint Julep

  • 6 cl Woodford Reserve Derby Edition
  • 1 cl sugar syrup
  • enough fresh mint leaves
  • crushed ice
  • some powdered sugar

Preparation

Place the mint in a glass and press lightly to release the essential oils, add the bourbon and crushed ice and stir well. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and a little powdered sugar.

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Pitú do Brasil Cachaça
  • 1 cl Riemerschmid passionfruit bar syrup
  • 12 cl tonic water
  • 1-2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • crushed ice
  • 1 lime
  • 1 sprig of mint

Preparation

Cut the lime into eighths, add cane sugar and then crush the fruit pieces in the glass with a muddler. Now add crushed ice, passionfruit syrup, tonic water and Pitú and stir. Garnish with mint.

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes, pour into a champagne flute and garnish with a lemon zest

Smoky Bloody Mary

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cl Glenglassaugh Portsoy
  • 10 cl tomato juice
  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • bar spoon Oyster sauce
  • 2 dashes of Tabasco
  • 3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
  • black pepper, celery, basil, lemon wedge

Preparation

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with plenty of ice and stir briefly. Run the lemon around the rim of the highball glass and sprinkle with the black pepper. Strain the drink into a glass and garnish with celery, basil and lemon wedge.

The Macallan Sherry & Share

  • 2.5 cl The Macallan 12 Year Old Sherry Oak
  • 1 cl PX sherry
  • 1 cl fresh lime juice

Preparation

Pour all ingredients except Spanish cava into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a Copa glass filled with ice, top up with Cava and garnish with a slice of lemon.

The Sour

  • 2 cl lemon juice
  • 1 cl brown sugar syrup
  • Sherry Oloroso

Preparation

Pour all ingredients except sherry into a shaker filled with ice. Strain into a tumbler glass over ice. Using a bar spoon, slowly layer the sherry over the cocktail.

Very Dirty Maretini

  • 6 cl Gin Mare
  • 1 cl vermouth extra dry (Carpano)
  • 1 cl Herb-Infused Olive Brine
  • 3 drops of organic olive oil
  • 1 small basil leaf

Preparation

Shake all ingredients except the olive oil in a shaker with plenty of ice, strain well and carefully garnish with 3 drops of organic olive oil and a small basil leaf.
