Hot Gin Punch

  • 4 cl Hendrick's gin

  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 6 large lemon and orange spirals
  • 1 small orange slice
  • 1 fresh pineapple
  • 4 tsp honey

Place all the ingredients in a small pan and simmer for 30 minutes. Then pour hot into a teacup, garnish with gingerbread and serve.

  • 7.5 cl spiced apple juice (2 cloves, 2 crushed cardamom, 2 star anise, juniper berries, zest of 1 orange)
  • a little grated nutmeg
  • 3 apple slices

Pour the apple juice and spices into a small saucepan and simmer for 30 minutes. Then pour hot into a teacup, add Hendrick’s gin and garnish with a little grated nutmeg and 3 apple slices.
