Espresso Martini (with whisky)

Ingredients

  • 4 cl Monkey Shoulder whisky
  • 3 cl high-quality espresso
  • splash of sugar syrup
  • 3 coffee beans

Preparation

Pour the Monkey Shoulder whisky, espresso and sugar syrup into a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Fernet-Branca

Ingredients

  • 2 or 4 cl Fernet-Branca

Shot glass or tumbler

Preparation

Pour the Fernet-Branca into the glass neat or with ice cubes.

Fluère Espresso Martini 0.0%

  • 5 cl Fluère Spiced Cane
  • 4 cl strong espresso
  • 1.5 cl vanilla syrup

Shake all ingredients in a shaker with plenty of ice, strain well and garnish with 3 coffee beans.

  • 5 cl Scotch whisky
  • orange peel

Preparation

Pour the Disaronno and whisky into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir well. Strain into a tumbler glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a piece of orange peel.

Koskenkorva Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 20 cl Koskenkorva espresso liqueur
  • 1 cl sugar syrup

Preparation

Pour the Koskenkorva espresso and sugar syrup into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake vigorously until a foam forms. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with three espresso beans.

Sgroppino (Gin)

Ingredients

  • 3.5 cl Another Hendrick's Gin
  • 35 g lemon sorbet
  • 5 cl prosecco

Nick & Nora

Preparation

Mix another Hendrick’s, lemon sorbet and half of the prosecco in a mixer, pour into a Nick & Nora cocktail glass and top up with the other half of the prosecco. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and an orange zest. Variation: For more creaminess, add 0.5 cl of cream before mixing.
