The Piper on ice ritual is an ode to the southern French way of life. Together with a few ice cubes and a twist of citrus, the Riviera exudes refreshing aromas of juicy fruit. A champagne served on ice, inspired by the French Riviera.
Since its foundation in 1785, the House of Piper-Heidsieck has demonstrated its innovation in the selection and blending of exceptional wines. The pursuit of excellence and open-mindedness are reflected in the entire Champagne range. Created by Chef de caves Emilien Boutillat, they serve as guarantors of the Piper-Heidsieck style.
Piper-Heidsieck is also the first champagne house to be B Corp certified. This is an international certificate with which the non-profit organisation B Lab awards companies for their social and environmental impact.
Novelty from Piper-Heidsieck
Riviera Demi-Sec is made from 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier, 20% Chardonnay. The champagne spent 24 months on the yeast, after disgorgement another 6 months on the bottle. The dosage is 35g/L.
The Piper-Heidsieck Riviera is refreshing and invigorating. Notes of orange, lychee and yellow peach sorbet are followed by soft lush flavours of vanilla and fresh melon.
