Two new liqueurs from Koskenkorva: Rhubarb & Blueberry
With Koskenkorva Rhubarb and Koskenkorva Blueberry, Dettling & Marmot is expanding its range with two fruit-based liqueurs from Finland.
Both varieties are based on vodka distilled in the village of Koskenkorva and combine natural ingredients with a modern flavour profile – ideal for refreshing drinks, aperitif creations or pure enjoyment.
Koskenkorva Rhubarb – Fresh and tangy

Koskenkorva Rhubarb is a juicy and full-bodied fruit liqueur with natural rhubarb and pomegranate flavours. The combination of fruity sweetness and balanced acidity creates a lively, refreshing taste profile.
The liqueur is made from Koskenkorva Vodka from the Finnish village of the same name, refined with natural rhubarb and pomegranate flavours.
On the palate, the liqueur is sweet and juicy with a harmonious balance between fruit and acidity. Served well chilled, its freshness unfolds particularly well.

- 4 cl dry prosecco
- 4 cl sparkling mineral water

Koskenkorva rhubarb liqueur, prosecco and a splash of mineral water. Garnish with an orange slice or perhaps a rhubarb stalk, if it is in season.

Koskenkorva Blueberry – wild berries with a delicate spice

With Koskenkorva Blueberry, the Finnish brand is launching a rich blueberry liqueur made from wild Finnish forest blueberries and a hint of natural cardamom extract.
The base is again vodka distilled in the village of Koskenkorva, which is harmoniously combined with the intense berry aromas and the delicate spice of cardamom.
The liqueur has a natural, full-bodied berry flavour. The sweet and slightly tart notes of wild blueberries are accompanied by a subtle cardamom undertone reminiscent of freshly baked blueberry cake. The aftertaste is long and balanced.
Koskenkorva Blueberry is very versatile: well chilled, neat or on the rocks, as a fruity cocktail base or as a simple aperitif – for example, mixed with sparkling wine, tonic or soda water.

Blueberry Lemonade
- 4 cl Koskenkorva Blueberry
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl sugar syrup
- sparkling water
Fill a glass with ice and measure all ingredients into it. Stir gently and garnish.
