Le nouveau design refl\u00e8te l&rsquo;origine particuli\u00e8re de la marque : les \u00eeles Orcades, situ\u00e9es au nord de l&rsquo;\u00c9cosse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis 226 ans, la nature des Orcades fa\u00e7onne le style incomparable de Highland Park. Le climat rude, les longues journ\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 et la tourbe de bruy\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re conf\u00e8rent aux whiskys leurs notes fum\u00e9es caract\u00e9ristiques, uniques au monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le nouveau design allie tradition et modernit\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Des couleurs fra\u00eeches et claires refl\u00e8tent la lumi\u00e8re et le climat particuliers des Orcades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les \u00e9tiquettes orn\u00e9es d&rsquo;un motif de bruy\u00e8re font r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la saveur caract\u00e9ristique<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un motif bois discret rend hommage au savoir-faire de la maturation en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane de sherry<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les bouteilles redessin\u00e9es laissent transpara\u00eetre la couleur naturelle du whisky et portent la Park<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La distillerie Highland Park est situ\u00e9e sur les \u00eeles Orcades au large de la pointe nord de l\u2019\u00c9cosse. Magnus Eunson \u2013 boucher et homme d\u2019\u00e9glise le jour, contrebandier la nuit \u2013 installa un alambic clandestin dans une petite cabane \u00e0 Highland Park avec vue sur Kirkwall. La distillerie s\u2019y trouve encore aujourd\u2019hui. Highland Park a \u00e9t\u00e9 officiellement fond\u00e9 en 1798, mais en v\u00e9rit\u00e9, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 les autorit\u00e9s ont enfin pu attraper Magnus \u2013 mais on fabriquait d\u00e9j\u00e0 du whisky avant cette date. \u00c0 l\u2019exception de la contrebande, peu de choses ont chang\u00e9 depuis. Highland Park est rest\u00e9 fid\u00e8le aux normes de qualit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9es de son fondateur depuis plus de 220 ans. Les cinq piliers suivants sont d\u00e9cisifs: la tourbe aromatique du Hobbister Moor, une malterie artisanale, des f\u00fbts de sherry de ch\u00eane exquis, une maturation en f\u00fbts dans des conditions id\u00e9ales dans un climat insulaire temp\u00e9r\u00e9 et une lente harmonisation des f\u00fbts. Ces cinq piliers font de Highland Park l\u2019un des meilleurs single malts au monde.
