Cette collection, limit\u00e9e \u00e0 seulement 125 bouteilles par an, incarne l&rsquo;esprit de \u00ab The Balvenie \u00bb : tradition, innovation et soin in\u00e9gal\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Une trilogie unique sur cinq d\u00e9cennies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La collection se compose de trois mises en f\u00fbts individuels soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es, qui retracent de mani\u00e8re impressionnante l&rsquo;histoire et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution de la distillerie. Le coup d&rsquo;envoi est donn\u00e9 par la First Edition, un single malt de 50 ans d&rsquo;\u00e2ge qui a vieilli dans un Refill Butt en ch\u00eane europ\u00e9en. Ce f\u00fbt exceptionnel, mis en bouteille en 1973, a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi par le Malt Master Kelsey McKechnie, qui perp\u00e9tue l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage de la distillerie et pose de nouveaux jalons gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son expertise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Un chef-d&rsquo;\u0153uvre sensoriel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La First Edition enthousiasme par son profil aromatique complexe :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Le nez<\/strong> d\u00e9voile des fruits noirs, du cassis et des abricots confits, accompagn\u00e9s de bois de c\u00e8dre et d&rsquo;une \u00e9pice chaude.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>En bouche<\/strong>, ce sont les notes de fruits caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, d&rsquo;\u00e9pices fines et d&rsquo;une vanille velout\u00e9e qui dominent, parfaitement compl\u00e9t\u00e9es par le piquant du gingembre et des nuances d&rsquo;agrumes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>La finale <\/strong>est longue et t\u00e9moigne de la profondeur que le ch\u00eane europ\u00e9en a conf\u00e9r\u00e9e au whisky.<br><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, la trilogie sera compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par d&rsquo;autres f\u00fbts datant de 1973 et 1974, dont une hogshead en ch\u00eane am\u00e9ricain et un troisi\u00e8me f\u00fbt tout aussi fort en caract\u00e8re. The Balvenie est la seule distillerie qui cultive son orge, applique des m\u00e9thodes de maltage traditionnelles et dispose d\u2019une chaudronnerie ainsi que de ses propres tonneliers. Ses whiskys font ainsi aujourd\u2019hui encore partie des single malts les plus artisanaux d\u2019\u00c9cosse. Le ma\u00eetre de chai, David C. Stewart, travaille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec ses tonneliers pour fabriquer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de nouveaux f\u00fbts de bois. Chaque whisky a un go\u00fbt qui lui est propre, mais l\u2019ensemble de la gamme poss\u00e8de la richesse aromatique et l\u2019incomparable douceur rehauss\u00e9e d\u2019une note de miel qui la caract\u00e9risent.
