ISH’s alcohol-free wines are made from premium grapes. A gentle dealcoholisation process preserves the wine’s characteristic taste. This means that the products offer an authentic taste experience and are perfect for conscious enjoyment.<\/p>\n\n\n

ISH Sparkling White<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wine, made from German grapes, was gently dealcoholised after fermentation and then carbonated. It has an inviting bouquet of honey, citrus fruits, pear, green apple, peach and vinous notes. On the palate, this sparkling wine is refreshing, with a lively perlage and a slight sweetness that is balanced by a crisp acidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is an excellent aperitif, goes well with light seafood and fish dishes, and with Asian cuisine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ISH Sparkling Ros\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wine, made from German grapes, was gently dealcoholised after fermentation and then carbonated. It has an inviting bouquet of plum, strawberry and raspberry. It is dry and balanced on the palate, with a sparkling perlage and refreshing acidity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is an excellent accompaniment to aperitifs, soft cheese, sushi, crisp salads or creamy risotto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This wine, made from French Chardonnay grapes, was gently dealcoholised at a low temperature after fermentation. It has an inviting bouquet of lemon, pear, yellow apple and a hint of minerals. On the palate, it is balanced, medium-bodied, with a refreshing, well-integrated acidity and harmonious fruit flavours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
